Sunshine in a Cup
🍦 Solero // Tangfastics // Pineapple // Mango 🥭
This one's a proper party. Bright, tropical, and unapologetically fun — like biting into a Solero on a summer afternoon, then chasing it with a handful of Tangfastics. It's the kind of coffee that makes you stop mid-sip and grin.
Diofanor Ruiz was born into coffee. Raised on the slopes of Buenavista, Quindío, he's been farming La Divisa since 2005 — a 14-hectare plot sitting at a lofty 1,950 m.a.s.l. that he's shaped into something truly special. Alongside his coffee trees, Diofanor has planted bananas, mandarins, guava, and native shade trees like Guamo and Guayacanes — a living, breathing agroforestry system that gives back as much as it takes.
It was a single sip of his own coffee back in 2005 that changed everything. That moment of realisation — that quality matters, that flavour is worth chasing — has driven every decision at La Divisa since. Working with Cofinet from 2017, Diofanor has refined his processing to produce coffees that genuinely sing. This natural process lot is the proof.

Those tropical fruit notes really pop on a V60 or Aeropress — clean, bright, and juicy. Fancy something a little more indulgent? Try it as a milk-based espresso and let the mango and pineapple turn your flat white into something extraordinary.
