🫐 Blueberry // Honey // Winey // Dark Chocolate 🍷
Think blueberry compote drizzled with honey, a splash of red wine, and a dark chocolate finish. This is Yemen at its finest—complex, fruity, and utterly captivating.
I met Taher from East Haraz Coffee at London Coffee Festival a few years ago, and we've kept in touch ever since. I've been working on something special for a customer in London, and I have just a few bags left over to share.
Grown 2,350 m up in the villages of Zahra and Banni Murra in the East Haraz region, this lot is 100% Jaadi varietal from the 2024 harvest. The cherries are naturally processed, sun-dried to concentrate those incredible fruit and honey notes. It's rare, it's limited, and it's one of the most distinctive coffees you'll taste this year.
