Popayán – Balanced, Sweet Colombia from the Meseta
🍫 Milk Chocolate // Caramel // Red Apple // Floral🌸
Think caramel apple dipped in milk chocolate with a floral finish. This is classic Colombian balance—smooth, sweet, and seriously drinkable.
Popayán sits in the department of Cauca at 1,700 m, sheltered by the Andes on the volcanic Meseta de Popayán. The stable climate, rich volcanic ash soil, and 1,700–2,000 mm of annual rainfall create the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee. The result? A beautifully balanced cup with floral elegance and caramel sweetness.
We work in partnership with speciality coffee importer Cofinet, who collaborate with about 65 local coffee farmers in the region. Coffee is assessed based on quality, and premiums of up to 20% above market price are available to these farmers when their crops are particularly special—so every bag supports better livelihoods and better coffee.
